Information about order processing, shipping times, tracking, and international deliveries.
How Delivery Works
An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Processing may take longer during weekends, public holidays, or periods of high demand.
When tracking is available, the tracking number and carrier information are sent by email after dispatch.
The carrier will deliver the parcel to the shipping address entered during checkout. Please check the address carefully before placing your order.

International Shipping

Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, tracking information will be sent by email when the selected shipping service provides tracking.
Tracking may not update immediately after the label is created. Please allow some time for the carrier to register the parcel.
Address Changes and Delivery Issues
Contact us as soon as possible if the delivery address is incorrect. We may not be able to update the address once the order has been packed or transferred to the carrier.
If tracking shows no update for several business days, or if the parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact customer service with your order number and tracking details.
